Residents are assigned the parking spaces directly in front of their home. Vehicles may be towed in the following situations:
We allow up to two pets per unit, subject to breed and weight restrictions. A $500 non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet, along with a signed pet addendum. This fee must be paid prior to the pet’s move-in date.
There is no monthly pet rent.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid via check, money order, or Venmo.
Cash is not accepted.
A $100 late fee is automatically applied on the 6th of each month. Returned payments are subject to a $50 NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee.
Security deposit amounts vary by property and are due at the time of lease signing.
Deposits are refundable after move-out, provided the home is left in good condition. A final statement will be mailed to your forwarding address within 45 days of lease termination. If no forwarding address is provided, the statement will be sent to your former property address.
